At VTS, I served as a Design Lead for the company’s fastest-growing product sector — tenant experience software. My work spanned brand, marketing, and product-adjacent initiatives, where I transformed complex real estate technology offerings into compelling, accessible creative.
I developed and executed a wide range of design deliverables including webpages, motion graphics, interactive Ceros experiences, social media campaigns (static and video), event branding, OOH and Google ads, case studies, and sales collateral. Beyond execution, I shaped creative strategy for sales and product pitch decks, building scalable templates and visual systems that elevated the consistency and impact of customer communications.
I managed and art-directed freelance illustrators and designers, and led marketing campaigns with a sharp focus on ROI and measurable KPIs. To support long-term scalability, I optimized internal design team operations, introducing AI-enabled workflows and project management practices that improved efficiencies by over 300%.
